一、注册QQ及其邮箱

邓白氏邮件163邮箱可能收不到，建议用QQ邮箱统一管理账户（邓白氏/AppleId)

二、申请邓白氏编码

1. 拨打电话00852 25161111（香港）

> 对面说英文，你就说`你好`，她会说`你好`，等待帮你转接；
> 说需要用于`申请苹果开发者账号`需要的邓白氏编码；
> 提供邮箱`[email protected]`；

2. 收取邮件

Dear Customer,
        
For DUNS number request, please fill the form "D-U-N-S Number Request Form Free20161007.doc"  (Hong Kong and Macau company only)
1) complete the application form with authorized signature and company chop
2) tick the [I declare that the information in this application form is complete and true] box.
3) fill the reason for apply a DUNS number (For example : Apple Developer Program, FDA, etc.)
4) attach your company business registry copy/CI Copy (NNC1/NC1[Incorporation Form] or NAR1[Annual Return])
    and return to us at [email protected]
Normally, the processing time for free service is around 30 days.
*Hong Kong D&B accept Hong Kong/Macau fixed landline phone number (excluded mobile phone number) for general phone field only
*The company phone number should be your company general phone number.
